通过实施研究生创新奖励计划,研究生高水平论文显著增加,研究生第一作者发表SCI论文数量以每年50%左右增加,2018-2019学年研究生第一作者发表SCI论文数量达到377篇,其中2019年1-6月发表SCI 一区论文15篇(见附表)。
